Live in-service training, or lunch and learn is “MEL 101. This gives business leaders, staff employees an introduction to several key ways to be more mindful, proactively reduce stress, maintain mental focus with increased energy. We call it, ‘The Way Forward, Increasing Energy, Relaxing and Letting Go.’

This is a 90 minute-2 hour, shorter in-service training, followed by 8 weeks of follow up via short 2-3 minute, text or audio reminders. It includes working with the breath, how to relax the body, calm emotions and focus mental energy. This can be applied during a lunch and learn session.
