Full day Mindfulness Workshop, 5 1/2 – 6 hours of more in-depth practice which includes the above, but includes movement meditation, linking the breath to thoughts, and emotions through affirmations, helpful physical exercises which are proven to reduce stress, some foods and beverages which benefit stress management, more meditation practice, how to use the body most effectively during mindfulness and sounds which relax the whole body.
